FUN OR NOT??
WHAT DO YOU THINK? UNIQUE? NEAT? OR JUST TO OUT THERE? SOME DAYS I WANT TO DO MORE UNIQUE THINGS TO MY PIECES, BUT THEN I DON'T, BECAUSE I DON'T THINK THEY WOULD SELL. I DON'T KNOW... BUT I KINDA LIKE THIS PIECE.

Don't do it...do not stray from what makes your work what it is...already different and unique. You take every piece and put your stamp of simplicity and cleanness...when I see one of your pieces on CL I know its yours just by looking at it.
Your "look" is consistent in all your pieces. And that is what your customers are looking for, your "look".
To answer you question...totally out there. Not going to ring in sales at all. In my opinion.

I agree with Adele. I wouldn't do it either. I just came across your blog a couple weeks ago via craig's list and I LOVE your work and plan to buy something from you in the future! You are talented at what you do currently...leave it be. :)
