CONCRETE TABLE TOP...

SO MY LATEST HOUSE PROJECT IS FINDING A DINING TABLE. IT HAS BEEN VERY CHALLENGING FOR SOME REASON. WHAT I AM DOING IS TRYING TO FIND A BASE FOR A CONCRETE TABLE TOP. I HAVE JUST ONE EATING AREA IN THE NEW HOUSE AND ITS VERY NARROW. I NEED A TABLE NO WIDER THAN 3' AND NO LONGER THAN 5 1/2'. YEAH I KNOW, YOU WOULD THINK THAT WOULD BE EASY... BUT FINDING THE 3' IS WHAT THE CHALLENGE HAS BEEN. SO BECAUSE OF THAT I'M GOING TO CUSTOM MAKE A CONCRETE TOP.

I HAVE QUITE A FEW OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM FOR A BASE AND HAVE YET, NOT MADE UP MY MIND ON WHICH ONE. SO HERE ARE SOME OF THE BASES THAT I AM THINKING ABOUT. TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK AND WHICH ONE YALL LIKE!

HERE I CAN HAVE A FARM TABLE BASE WITH THE CONCRETE TOP. THIS IS THE ONE I AM LEANING TOWARDS... BUT THERE IS A LITTLE PART OF ME THAT DOESN'T WANT LEGS.

THIS ONE I CAN DO MORE OF A PEDESTAL BASE THAT WAY IF I HAVE MORE THAN SIX PEOPLE OVER I CAN PUT CHAIRS AT THE CORNERS.

I ALSO LIKE THIS BASE. (SORRY THE PICTURE IS SO BAD.) IT WOULD GIVE ME MORE OF AN INDUSTRIAL LOOK WITH THE METAL.

HERE IS SOMETHING THAT I SAW THE OTHER DAY WITH A METAL TOP AND THE CRATE WAS STAINED DARK. I REALLY LIKE THIS... TO HAVE A CRATE BASE WITH THE CONCRETE TOP. ITS VERY INDUSTRIAL ECLECTIC.

 SOME DINING ROOM LOVE...

I do believe all of the concepts you have presented on your post.
They are very convincing and will certainly work. Still,
the posts are very short for novices. May just
you please lengthen them a little from next time?
Thank you for the post.

It's hard to find well-informed people for this subject, however, you sound like you know what you're talking about!

Thanks
